We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Head of Respiratory and Spare Parts EMEA. The role can be based in any of our Invacare offices around Europe.
Your responsibilities in this role will be:
REGIONAL COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP OF THE CATEGORY (RESPI + SPARES):

Build & execute Strategy & Commercial Plans to achieve sustainable and profitable growth year over year in the two categories.

Support and challenge Countries to regionally growth their Respiratory & Spare Parts business. This includes Communication, Product positioning, launch plans & regular follow ups to document progress.

Close coordination with the US based COE (center of excellence) to represent European interests and assure a competitive product and service portfolio.

Coordinate New Respiratory Product Launches, in the EMEA Regions.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
-
Responsible for reviewing product information data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on Respiratory new developments regarding the company or competitors’ products.

Coordination with the Global Respiratory group to communicate product issues/opportunities to inform Product Roadmap development.

Active management and further development of the spare parts portfolio (pricing policy, lifecycle) in coordination with the responsible GPM. Provision of current and complete documentation in printed and electronic form with the result of consistent and user-friendly spare parts planning for all relevant customer groups.

Drive continuous portfolio rationalization across all the Organization.
VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER:
SALES SUPPORT:

Provide commercial support for current and new Respi products in terms of: a) Sales story development and execution, b) Competitive rebuttal package development.

Delivery Product & Technical training (with a special focus in the product USPs): together with the Training Department.
Who you are:
-
BS/BA in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing / Product Management with specific experience in global/ international management.

Fluent English (verbal and written). Other local language (preferred).

Very good in EXCEL, experience and knowledge of structure of ERP systems.

Desirable experience in medical devices, healthcare industry.
-
Business oriented, commercial desire. Energy / Passion to drive change & to achieve business goals. Creativity, “think out of the box” approach.

Influencing and negotiating. Good communication & listening skills. Ease of working with other cultures and cross-functional teams. Work effectively in matrix organizations.

Good knowledge on project and time management, good technical knowledge and financial understanding.
